People Just Like You

"I watched my mom lose her independence in her 70s and swore that wouldn't be me. Six months in, I'm stronger than I've been in years. I can keep up with my grandkids again."

Pam M. - Age 67

"I'd been the heaviest I've ever been and tired of starting and stopping. This is the first program that actually stuck — because the people and coaches won't let you quit on yourself."

Wendy L. - Age 72

"I was dealing with arthritis, a knee replacement, and honestly some depression. I didn't think a fitness program could help with all of that. I was wrong. I feel like myself again."

Diane K. - Age 68

What's Included When You Join?

Everything you need to become strong, stable and energized so you can keep doing what you love.

#1 - Expert Coaches Who Know Your Body

Every session is led by certified trainers who specialize in working with adults 60 and over. Whether you're managing arthritis, recovering from a joint replacement, or navigating osteoporosis, your coach knows how to modify every exercise so it's safe and effective for your body. You'll never have to wonder if you're doing something wrong or worry about making an existing condition worse. This isn't a gym where you're left to figure it out on your own — it's a program built around your needs, with coaches who understand exactly where you're starting from.

#2 - A Community Of People Just Like You

When you walk in, you won't see 25-year-olds in spandex or bodybuilders hogging the mirrors. You'll see people your age, with your challenges, working toward the same goals. That's not a small thing — it changes everything. There's no pressure to keep up, no fear of slowing anyone down, and no feeling like you don't belong. What you'll find instead is a group of people who get it, who cheer each other on, and who make showing up something you actually look forward to.

#3 - A Structured Program That Keeps You Consistent

If you've spent years starting and stopping exercise — a few weeks of walking here, a gym membership you never use there — you're not alone. Most of our members felt the same way before they joined. The difference is structure and accountability. You'll follow a proven program with scheduled sessions, progressive workouts, and a coach and community that notice when you're not there. No more guessing what to do. No more relying on willpower alone. Just a clear plan and the people around you to make sure you stick with it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your schedule?

Our sessions are at: Mon, Wed, Fri at 9:30am,10:30am, 11:30am

What if I have arthritis, osteoporosis, or a joint replacement — is this safe for me?

Absolutely. Our coaches are certified in working with adults 60 and over, and every exercise can be modified for your specific conditions. Many of our members came in with the exact same concerns and quickly discovered that this is the safest way they've ever exercised. The program was designed from the ground up with your body in mind — not adapted from a younger person's workout.

I've never done strength training before — will I be able to keep up?

Yes. Every member starts where they are, not where someone else is. Our small group format means your coach sees you, knows your starting point, and progresses you at your pace. You won't be competing with anyone or holding anyone back. Most of our members had never touched a weight before joining, and every one of them felt comfortable by the end of their first session.

I already walk every day — isn't that enough to stay healthy?

Walking is great for your heart, but it does almost nothing to prevent muscle loss. After 60, your body loses muscle mass every decade, and the only proven way to reverse that is strength training. Walking won't improve your bone density, rebuild your balance, or protect you from falls the way resistance training does. Think of it this way — walking is part of the picture, but it's not the whole picture.

What's the price?

We are a prescriptive based program. This means that we "prescribe" different levels of services for each client based on their goals and lifestyle. Like buying a car with different levels of options. So it is a little hard to say what your program will look like without a good chat. That said, most of our clients invest $6-$10/day for their program so you can expect something similar.

How long are the workouts and how often do I need to come?

Each session is just 40 minutes. They're designed to be effective without taking over your schedule. Most members train two to three times per week, which is the frequency research supports for building strength, improving balance, and maintaining results long term. Short, consistent, and effective — that's the approach.
